  • ivory dirk 2013
    2013 Ivory Dirk | $625
This dirk is inspired by similar naval dirks from the 1840's. Often they handles would be carved or scrimshawed, as part of the shipboard tradition of handcrafts. This one has a walrus ivory handle re-purposed from a 19th century carving set, and a random damascus blade.

  • walrus and damascus bowie 2009
    2009 Walrus and Damascus Bowie | $1250
This is a San Francisco style bowie in the style of Michael Price. Knives like this were made for men who had made their fortunes in the gold fields. A high style gent would wear a piece like this as a sign of their success.
Michael Price never worked in damascus, but I bet he would have if he could have!
Blade: 300 layer Damascus; Handle: 150 year reclaimed walrus ivory; Guard: Sterling Silver
